Create Water Color Frame with Filter Forge in Photoshop

First, you need to download Filter Forge from the Plugin website. Once you download it, run the installation file, and that’s it! It will be added inside Photoshop under the Filter menu. Easy to install.
To launch the plugin and start adding some filters, go to Filter > Filter Forge > FreePack3- Frames
You’ll find a couple of already existing filters under a number of categories. You’ll also find a “Filter Library: Download more filters” link to the top right side of the plugin’s window. Click the link to start downloading filters.

1. Open whatever image you would like to work on in Adobe Photoshop. This is the image we will be using in this tutorial.
